Welcome to the Laotian wikipedia. I am a Dutchman living in Bangkok and mainly active in the Dutch, English and Thai wikipedias. I first saw this site last year and found it very interesting as a knowledge base in Lao for Laotians. Unfortunately, there was almost no article although it is quite easy to contribute as a writer or translator (from other Wikis).
I am Laotian, living in Vientiane and has very few contributed to this site. Sometimes, I do log in, but most of the time, I do not. Sometimes, I rectify some words that I has translated (without log in). I was not aware of spammings occurred in this Wiki, and still wonder what kind of spammings it is and hope that I am not their source.
I am glad to hear that there is a moderator in this Wiki. Thanks in advance for your helps.

- Nice to hear we have a real Laotian :) , we are currently working on getting some promotionmaterial ready for Thai, Laotian, Khmer and Vietnamese wikipedias. To help them grow. I hope more people from Laos will find this wiki!! If you see any vandalism that I haven't noticed please tell me.
