ການເປີດຮັບສະໝັກສຳລັບ ເອັມຈີໄອ ອໍລ໌ ສະຕາຣ໌ສ ຄັ້ງທີ 2 ເລີ່ມຕົ້ນຢ່າງເປັນທາງການໃນວັນທີ 6 ມິຖຸນາ 2026.[1][2] ການປະກວດເປີດຮັບແມ່ຍິງ ແລະ ສາວປະເພດສອງ ທີ່ມີອາຍຸລະຫວ່າງ 20 ຫາ 40 ປີ ທີ່ເຄີຍເຂົ້າຮ່ວມການປະກວດນາງງາມລະດັບສາກົນ. ໂດຍບໍ່ມີຂໍ້ຈຳກັດກ່ຽວກັບສະຖານະພາບການແຕ່ງງານ ຫຼື ການມີລູກ ແລະ ປະເທດທີ່ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມສາມາດສົ່ງຜູ້ເຂົ້າປະກວດໄດ້ຫຼາຍກວ່າໜຶ່ງຄົນ.[2][6]

ໃນປະເທດຟີລິບປິນ ໄດ້ມີການເປີດໂຕເວທີປະກວດໃໝ່ ເຣຍນາ ຟີລິປີນັສ (Reina Filipinas) ເພື່ອໃຊ້ເປັນເວທີຄັດເລືອກຕົວແທນຢ່າງເປັນທາງການສຳລັບ ເອັມຈີໄອ ອໍລ໌ ສະຕາຣ໌ສ ຄັ້ງທີ 2.[7][8] ຕາມການເປີດໂຕຂອງຜູ້ຈັດ ການປະກວດຈະຄັດເລືອກຕົວແທນ 2 ຄົນທີ່ເຄີຍປະກວດລະດັບສາກົນເພື່ອເປັນຕົວແທນຟີລິບປິນ ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມປະກວດ ນອກຈາກຕົວແທນສຳລັບ ມິສແກຣນອິນເຕີເນຊັນແນລ 2026.[8][9][10] ໃນຂະນະທີ່ການປະກວດ ມິສແກຣນໂດມິນິກັນຣີພັບບລິກ 2026 ແລະ ມິສແກຣນຫວຽດນາມ 2026 ໄດ້ກຳນົດໃຫ້ໜຶ່ງໃນຜູ້ໄດ້ຮັບຕຳແໜ່ງຮອງຊະນະເລີດ ເປັນຕົວແທນຂອງປະເທດເຂົ້າຮ່ວມປະກວດ ເອັມຈີໄອ ອໍລ໌ ສະຕາຣ໌ສ ຄັ້ງນີ້.[11][12]
